Sep 10 – Amateur inventor Tao Xiangli has built a home-made submarine he hopes will give him his big break.

Oct 6 – An athlete from the Caucasian republic of Georgia bursts hot water bottles by blowing them up with his nose.
Jemal Tkeshelashvili, an 18-year-old Georgian athlete, attempted to make the Guinness Book of Records by blowing up the rubber hot water bottles until they burst.
